Renting a sailboat to celebrate a company or team building is a fun and sporting experience, which allows teams to be part of a collective activity, outside the workplace, outdoors and in a natural environment.

From Blue Med Charter, we offer you this activity that breaks the routine, strengthens the bonds between people and fills the team with positive energy.

It is true that a single person can sail, but it is only possible to be fast and efficient, with a competent and organized crew where everyone plays a role and any decision or action taken has an impact on the course and performance of the sailboat.

It is a total parallelism between the company and the sailboat. The entire team pours its energy and know-how to position itself against the competition, obtain the best result and achieve the objective as soon as possible.

Previous navigation experience is not necessary; Our professional skipper will be on board at all times and will teach you how the sailboat works, its maneuvers, its ropes, its sails and you will be the ones who will take control of the boat and its maneuvers.

Remember that our sailboat has capacity for a total of 12 people (11 passengers + skipper).

If you want to organize a team building regatta between various sailboats, we have partners and the right organization to carry it out. We will be able to set up a regatta field, take pictures of the event and even organize an award ceremony.
